What You'll Do:

Human Resources:

Support full-cycle hourly recruiting, on-boarding, and orientation Partner with leaders on employee relations and performance management Assist with benefits, payroll support, and HRIS data management Coordinate training and development initiatives Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

Environmental, Health & Safety:

Lead safety initiatives and promote a strong safety culture Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments Ensure OSHA and environmental compliance Maintain SDS documentation and EHS records Investigate incidents and implement preventative measures Deliver safety training (PPE, hazard communication, emergency response)

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Safety, Business, or related field 3+ years HR experience (EHS exposure preferred) Knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, FLSA, ADA, etc.) Familiarity with OSHA and environmental compliance Effective communication and employee engagement skills HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency - UKG experience preferred

SHRM-CP, OSHA
