Schedule:

Flexible, task-based scheduling — once your assigned cleaning tasks for the shift are completed to standard, you're free to leave. Must be able to work across multiple commercial locations as assigned. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment Handle chemical agents safely by following proper chemical handling safety procedures and safety protocol adherence Conduct custodial tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and sanitation to maintain cleanliness standards Operate cleaning equipment efficiently while adhering to safe lifting practices during heavy lifting or manual handling tasks Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting, or touch-ups in commercial settings Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained properly and report any malfunctions or safety concerns promptly Provide excellent customer service by responding professionally to client requests and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleanliness of the environment Travel between multiple assigned commercial locations as needed Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience with a strong understanding of commercial cleaning processes Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums and other custodial tools Knowledge of chemical agent handling safety procedures and sanitation standards Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while practicing safe lifting techniques Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for maintaining cleanliness standards consistently Reliable transportation to travel between multiple commercial locations Prior experience in commercial facilities maintenance is preferred Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence Join us if you're motivated to keep spaces spotless while ensuring safety and efficiency at every step!
