Key Requirements:
Visits job sites to conduct safety inspections on personnel practices, equipment, and job sites. (some travel required)Respond, investigate, and document incidents at job sitesResearch and understand applicability of safety requirements to assure all staff are in compliance with safety regulations of the applicable industryMaintain knowledge of all existing and future compliance laws and regulationsAssist in Check-ins and safety meetingsDistribute required PPE to staff when needed throughout the dayRespond immediately to reports of unsafe conditions and take appropriate actions to rectify the situation Complete injury paperwork & transport workers to clinic for injuries and drug screenRequired Experience:
Must have 1-2 years safety field experience in heavy industrial, manufacturing and/or maritime environmentsProficient organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Proficient verbal and written communication skillsShifts:
5:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday - Friday (Depends on scheduled jobs)Weekends as neededDuration:
