Measure product characteristics including consistency, pH, particulate distribution, and other quality standards. Conduct sensory evaluations for taste, texture, aroma, and appearance. Accurately document quality testing results and maintain production records. Identify product non-conformances and communicate findings to production leadership. Assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions. Partner with Quality Assurance, R D, and Production teams to improve product consistency and manufacturing processes. Monitor quality trends and report potential issues before they impact production. Help maintain compliance with food safety and quality programs. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required. Degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field is a plus. Previous Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience in food manufacturing preferred. Experience working with soups, sauces, or similar food products is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, GMPs, or other food safety programs is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. Fluent in English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
