This is a flexible, as-needed position — some weeks you may not be needed at all, and other weeks you could pick up several shifts. It's a great way to make extra money on your own schedule, with weekly pay and a $50/month bonus just for staying available and maintaining your regular availability.

How it works:

You're not on a fixed schedule — we'll reach out when we need vacation coverage or a call-off filled Some weeks there may be no shifts; other weeks there may be more to pick up Shifts are often offered same-day, and sometimes with as little as 2-3 hours' notice Start times vary anywhere from 6:30pm to as late as 10pm depending on the site Sites located throughout Grand Rapids and surrounding areas What you'll do: Provide after-hours commercial cleaning coverage when called on Follow site-specific cleaning checklists and maintain our quality standards Communicate your availability clearly when we reach out What we're looking for: Reliable transportation (sites vary across Grand Rapids and nearby areas) Strong, responsive communication — we need to know quickly whether you can take a shift Ability to respond and get on-site with only 2-3 hours' notice when needed Comfortable working independently, after hours, with shifts starting as late as 11pm Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required — we'll train the right person What we offer: Weekly pay $50/month on-call bonus for staying available and maintaining regular availability — paid whether or not you end up picking up a shift Guaranteed shift minimum — if you're scheduled for a set number of hours, you're paid for that full time even if the job finishes early Flexible, no-commitment schedule — a good fit if you want extra income without fixed weekly hours A small, supportive team that values showing up for each other To apply, please complete our full application here: https://forms.gle/7RJ9uQTmkvDPjxBp8 applications submitted only through Indeed without the full form can't be considered for an interview.
