As a EHS Specialist II, you will be part of the Environmental, Health & Safety department supporting the site's safety and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Build and implement the site's Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) program tailored to the facility's needs Translate corporate EHS standards into site-specific procedures and develop SOPs, work instructions, and documentation Create engaging training materials and conduct employee training sessions to promote safety awareness Monitor compliance and evaluate program performance to ensure continuous improvement Help establish and refine EHS systems and processes for the facility's safety and environmental management What's Needed? Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related scientific field Approximately 3-5 years of hands-on EHS experience with a proven track record in program development and implementation Experience in writing procedures, documentation, and delivering training programs Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives Willingness to travel internationally up to 20% and work onsite initially with potential for hybrid flexibility What's in it for me?
