Job Description

This position entails several responsibilities regarding Environmental Health and Safety. They will include, but are not limited to, completing compliance declarations such as PFAS, REACH, ROHS, and Prop65 per customer requests. Completing and submitting environmental documentation to the appropriate agencies. Conducting audits to ensure OSHA/Regulatory compliance and adhesion to company policies. Completing accident reports and maintaining documentation containing types of incidents and how they were addressed. Working with all departments within the Company to comply with their needs and help address safety concerns. Leading the Safety Committee and facilitating meetings to implement both corrective and preventative actions. Partner with the Frandsen Safety Team and participate in quarterly audits of Frandsen facilities.

Material Compliance, Environmental Health, OSHA, Safety Training, Safety Committee, Safety Audits, EPA, MPCA, Hazardous Waste, communications skills, both written & verbal.
Qualifications:
Past experience in environmental, health and safety is a plus. Requires a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). Requires one to three years of related experience and/or training. Have general knowledge of current OSHA/Regulatory standards. Demonstrated proficiency with all programs in Microsoft Office Suite. On-the-job training may be required.
