Job Description

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Spanish-speaking Health & Life Insurance Trainer to join our team. This role is responsible for onboarding, training, and developing insurance agents, with a strong focus on delivering training in both English and Spanish to support a multilingual workforce. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging training sessions on health and life insurance products, policies, and compliance requirements Conduct new hire onboarding and ongoing training programs for agents Provide Spanish-language instruction and support to ensure understanding across diverse teams Develop and update training materials, presentations, and job aids Coach and mentor agents to improve sales performance and product knowledge Ensure all training aligns with federal, state, and company guidelines Track trainee progress and provide performance feedback Support licensing preparation and continuing education efforts Qualifications Fluent in Spanish and English (required) 2+ years of experience in health and/or life insurance training or sales Strong knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and compliance Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences Experience with virtual training platforms and learning systems preferred Active insurance license (Life and/or Health) preferred or required (adjust as needed) Preferred Skills Experience training remote or distributed teams Bilingual curriculum development Coaching and performance improvement techniques What We Offer Flexible work environment Career growth opportunities Supportive and diverse team culture
Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
