Outpatient Corporate Health Clinic (non-hospital)
On-Call:
None Position Summary:
A leading corporate health program is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Occupational Medicine Physician to support a high-volume employee health clinic. This provider will play a key role in workplace health evaluations, injury assessment, and medical surveillance activities within a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
See 2025 patients per day in a fast-paced occupational medicine clinic Perform pre-placement physicals , return-to-work evaluations , and fitness-for-duty exams Conduct initial and ongoing workplace injury assessments Order and interpret x-rays and laboratory tests Perform medical surveillance , exposure follow-ups , and substance/fit-for-duty testing Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinicians and administrative staff Work with workers compensation cases and related documentation
Qualifications:
Active New Jersey license (NP, PA, MD, or DO) DOT certification required CDS and DEA required Senior-level experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or employee health Strong proficiency evaluating workplace injuries and complex employee health cases Excellent communication and independent clinical judgment
