Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Safety Assistant to support daily safety operations on an active construction site in Santa Teresa, NM. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial construction environment. As a Safety Assistant, you will work closely with the site Safety Team to help coordinate PPE, safety supplies, documentation, signage, and safety-related logistics. This is a hands-on support role with a strong focus on organization, communication, and keeping safety resources available and accessible for daily jobsite operations. This opportunity offers a supportive team environment, clear direction from experienced safety professionals, and exposure to construction safety practices. Candidates who enjoy practical, detail-focused work and want to build experience in safety coordination, construction support, inventory control, or jobsite administration are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Provide daily logistical and administrative support to the site Safety Team. Organize, maintain, distribute, and restock PPE, safety supplies, and safety-related materials. Monitor inventory levels, receive incoming supplies, and communicate replenishment needs. Prepare materials for safety meetings, orientations, training sessions, and site safety activities. Maintain safety records, forms, sign-in sheets, packets, signage, and other documentation as directed. Support general jobsite safety logistics while following all company and site-specific safety procedures.

Compensation and Benefits Pay range:

$25 to $35 per hour.
