Job Description
Health Safety and Environmental Technician Redi Services LLC, a leader in the Industrial Services Industry, is in search of a dynamic and capable individual to join our Health, Safety, and Environmental team for our operations in Carlin, Nevada. This successful candidate will assist the local operations team and HSE Director by engaging with employees, customers, regulatory agents, and the public to live up to our safety vision of Everybody back home safe every day! Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Conducting regular safety inspections and audits onsite to assess employee compliance with safety regulations. Understanding and adhering to all safety guidelines - report any incidents and be proactive in the prevention of safety and security incidents. Working with Operations Management Team to resolve issues that arise. Maintaining a strong team relationship and demonstrating a professional presence with all employees. Fostering communication with the workforce to strengthen the importance of EHS objectives, policies, and procedures. Producing high-quality work that meets the requirements of company policies, procedures, industry standards, and client expectations. Ability to travel throughout the region up to 90 % of the time. Ability to work nightshifts, weekends, and holiday's if applicable. Desire to carry a company cell phone and be available during work and non-working hours.
