Scope of Responsibility:
Plans, directs, and implements Safety Training. Training topics include New Hire Safety Orientation, Forklift Operation, Crane Operation, and more.
Essential Duties:
Plan and deliver high-quality safety training programs (new hire orientation, equipment operation, hazard awareness, etc.).Create and manage training content, materials, and records.

Lead monthly Safety Meetings and Toolbox Talks.

Conduct needs assessments and post-incident remedial training.

Collaborate with EHS team on incident investigations and risk assessments.

Evaluate employees on equipment operations (forklifts, cranes, etc.).Support regulatory compliance and reporting.

Other duties as assigned.
Education:
Relevant coursework or EHS-related certifications welcome.

Associate or bachelors degree preferred.
Experience:
Experience delivering training (3+ years preferred; strong communication skills encouraged).Knowledge of EHS principles (or willingness to learn).Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).Valid drivers license.

Bilingual (Burmese) preferred.
Skills & Abilities:
Valid drivers license and insurable under company policy.

Willingness to learn EHS regulations and principles.

Strong communication, detail-orientation, and multitasking skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

Bilingual (Burmese) preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in office and manufacturing environments.

Ability to walk, stand, bend, and perform inspections throughout the facility.

Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
