Job Overview Residential & Commercial Cleaning Specialist ClutterClear LLC is looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented person to clean clients' homes and businesses throughout the Dayton area. What Matters Most A great, positive attitude Reliable, responsible, and on time Strong attention to detail Friendly and professional with clients Able to work independently Willing to learn and accept feedback No cleaning experience is required. we provide training, equipment, and supplies. Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable personal vehicle and current auto insurance Available to travel to different client locations Smartphone for scheduling and clocking in/out Able to stand, bend, and clean for several hours Able to lift up to 30 pounds Must pass a background check and drug screening Previous employers may be contacted to verify work history, attendance, and reliability Job Duties Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, and common areas Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces Follow cleaning checklists and client instructions Make sure every space is clean and complete Schedule and Pay Monday-Friday, between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm Saturday - twice a week 9 am - 1pm ( not required) Approximately 10-20 hours per week Training pay: $17.50 per hour After training: Up to $25.00 per hour
