Job Description
Serve Your Community with Mercy Health PRN Advanced Practice Clinician (FNP/PA) Float Opportunity with Occupational Health & Employer Services | Youngstown and Warren, OH Mercy Health is seeking a dedicated, compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to float between our Warren and Boardman Occupational Health and Employer Services (OH/ES) clinics in Youngstown and Warren, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment while enjoying predictable scheduling and strong organizational support. As part of our OH/ES team, you will manage work-related injuries, employee health services, and episodic care while working alongside a supportive staff that includes medical assistants, nurses, and front-office team members. Our clinics operate on a predictable weekday schedule, allowing for consistent hours and the opportunity to build strong, long-term relationships with both staff, patients, and employer partners. Occupational Health Scope of Services Evaluation and treatment of work-related injuries and illnesses Workers' compensation and return-to-work evaluations Employee health services and pre-employment physicals Episodic and acute care for contracted employers and their family Coordination with primary care and specialty providers What We Offer Competitive compensation aligned with market benchmarks Employer paid malpractice insurance and tail coverage No nights, weekends, or holidays Systoc EMR system utilized across the ministry Key Responsibilities Diagnose, treat, and manage occupational health and episodic care patients Assess work-related injuries and determine appropriate treatment and restrictions Perform minor procedures within scope and training Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow Educate patients on care plans and return-to-work expectations Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record

100% travel requiredQualifications Preferred:
Urgent care, emergency medicine, occupational health or family medicine experience Experience working with workers comp claimsRequired:
Minimum of 2 years of active independent experience as a PA or FNP Current, unrestricted Ohio PA or FNP license and DEA Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment DOT certification within 60 days of hire Must be comfortable treating patients of all ages, from 2 years to geriatricsWork Hours:
