As an Industrial Technician, you'll join a collaborative team ensuring that our clients can deliver their services - uninterrupted. Based in Allentown, PA, you'll have the opportunity to perform a variety of tasks in the operation, maintenance, calibration, diagnosis, inspection, and repair of the equipment, instruments, processes and support systems of an industrial water and/or wastewater treatment facility; and provide guidance and direction to plant operators, mechanics and industrial technicians. You'll contribute to the success of our program with efficient preventive maintenance and effective solutions to complex challenges that may arise in the facilities. You'll operate, monitor and calibrate motors, generators, gauges, valves and gates to regulate processes; determine and set flow rates, pressure, distribution and chemical dosage; maintain a log of operations and process adjustments as necessary; observe variances, and interpret meter/gauge readings; collect samples and perform laboratory tests; process, haul and apply residuals in accordance with regulations; utilize data management tools, and perform other duties as required. Here's what you'll need High School Diploma or GED Advanced experience with industrial production techniques and industrial equipment Advanced understanding of computer software including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data management software Certification at a level required by the State in which the project is located A valid driver's license with no major infractions
