Overview Provides guidance, materials and training to clients on OSHA regulations, accident prevention and inspection, safety program and recordkeeping requirements. Responsibilities Conducts client assessments to determine OSHA requirements and develops client Safety programs. May include virtual walkthrough of client facilities.
Provides Safety program overview orientations to inform clients of their responsibilities as pertains to their program.
Responds to client inquiries and provides consulting services as needed.
Conducts safety training courses to support Occupational Safety and Regulatory Compliance.
Acts as an expert resource regarding Occupational Safety/Regulatory Compliance issues to assist clients with managing their safety programs.
May analyze client claim and loss reports to identify accident trending and implement corrective action.
May assist and support Sales in prepping for client calls or participate in conference calls in support of new business and Sales objectives.
Other duties as assigned to support the general purpose of the position's function. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Safety Management - Preferred
2 years of experience in Safety/OSHA. Compensation In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the compensation range for this position is typically between $59.398.06 - $93,339.81 yearly. This range includes base pay plus bonus but does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
