PAY RATE
$30 - $38/ hour based on experience and certification
SCHEDULE
20- 40 hours per week About the Role Corr Safety Professionals is seeking a motivated Field Services Specialist to support our growing occupational health and safety service offerings. This position plays a vital role in helping our clients maintain safe, healthy, and compliant workplaces through drug and alcohol testing, respirator fit testing, safety training, and field support services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in the field, interacting with a variety of clients, and building a long-term career in occupational health and safety. As our Field Services division continues to grow, you'll have opportunities to develop additional technical skills and certifications while supporting some of the region's leading industrial, construction, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and energy companies. Key Responsibilities Conduct onsite and in-office DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol testing. Perform qualitative and quantitative respirator fit testing. Deliver CPR, First Aid, AED, and other safety training programs (CPR/First Aid/AED Instructor certification is a major plus). Support new-hire onboarding, workforce compliance, and orientation activities. Assist with industrial hygiene sampling, air monitoring, gas detection, and other occupational health services as needed. Support field safety consultants with toolbox talks, safety meetings, site orientations, audits, and other project support activities. Maintain accurate testing records, documentation, and client reports. Prepare, maintain, and transport testing equipment and supplies. Travel to client locations throughout the Greater Philadelphia and Tri-State region while representing Corr Safety with professionalism and exceptional customer service. Preferred Qualifications Experience in drug screening, respirator fit testing, occupational health, environmental health and safety, construction, industrial operations, manufacturing, or workforce compliance is preferred. CPR/First Aid/AED Instructor certification or willingness to obtain certification. OSHA 30-Hour Construction or General Industry certification is a plus. Experience with industrial hygiene sampling, gas detection, or safety consulting is highly desirable. Strong communication, organization, presentation, and customer service skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to travel throughout the Tri-State region, with occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends based on client needs. Experience as an EMT, firefighter, military medic, occupational health technician, safety professional, industrial hygienist, or construction safety coordinator is highly desirable.
