In this energetic role, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, installing, and certifying fire extinguishers, ensuring they meet all safety standards and building codes. Your expertise will help protect lives and property by delivering reliable service, and providing exceptional customer support. This position offers the opportunity to develop your technical skills while working in a fast-paced, rewarding environment dedicated to safety excellence. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of fire extinguishers, kitchen hood systems, exit lights, and related safety equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with NFPA standards and local fire codes. Install, and certify related fire safety equipment and ensure compliance with building code requirements. Provide exceptional customer service by educating the customer on the importance of staying compliant with fire and building codes. Document all service activities meticulously through reports, and maintenance records to ensure traceability and compliance with NFPA standards Skills. Strong ability to talk and educate customers. Knowledge of fire extinguishers and related nfpa 10 material. Mechanical knowledge of fire suppression equipment is helpful but not required. Familiarity with fire code compliance standards including NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) Strong understanding of fire extinguisher sales. Excellent customer service skills combined with clear communication abilities Experience in construction inspection or engineering troubleshooting enhances your effectiveness on the job. PAY Commission-based pay at 35% of all paid sales invoices of extinguisher replacements and recertifications. Any account put on net 7 will result in delayed payroll as you do not get paid until Titan Fire Systems gets paid. 10% commission on all exit light sales. $100 commission on all hood sales exceeding $549 per hood. Currently, average employees are required to conduct $4000 in sales per week minimum and are averaging $1400 per week. There is no limit to what you can make but current employees work no more than 25-30 hours a week as an independent contractor. As an independent contractor, you control your schedule, but the more you work, the more you make. You must be willing and able to take a state test and obtain your portable fire extinguisher state license.
