Job Description
Overview We are seeking a vigilant and safety-conscious Spotter to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining a secure and compliant work environment. As a Spotter, you will be responsible for guiding vehicle movements, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and supporting operational efficiency across manufacturing or construction sites. Your keen eye for hazards and commitment to safety will help prevent accidents and ensure regulatory compliance, fostering a safe workplace for all team members. Responsibilities Assist vehicle operators in safely maneuvering equipment and large vehicles within the worksite, including backing up or navigating tight spaces. Maintain constant awareness of surroundings to identify potential hazards related to hazardous materials, machinery, or environmental risks. Communicate clearly with drivers, operators, and other team members to coordinate movements and prevent accidents. Follow all safety regulations, including OSHA standards, hazardous materials regulations, and environmental management systems. Support compliance with environmental health and occupational health standards by monitoring site conditions and reporting unsafe practices or conditions. Participate in safety training sessions, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and report writing to improve site safety protocols.
