Key Responsibilities:
Compliance Monitoring :
Maintain and organize safety documents, records, and databases. Prepare and distribute safety reports Following distance alerts Harsh braking alerts HOS violations Personal Conveyance use Assist in monitoring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Help track and document safety incidents and corrective actions. Support audits and inspections by preparing the necessary documentation. Observe drivers in the process of delivering fuel. Identify drivers who are not following TTE processes while delivering fuel and communicate to the Operation Managers, Directors and Vice Presidents.
Communication :
Distribute safety alerts and updates throughout the organization. Proficient in writing emails to describe Safety observations.
General Office Duties :
Answer phones, respond to emails, and perform other administrative tasks. Order and maintain safety supplies and equipment inventory. Performs other related duties, as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Good written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications :
Basic knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations (DOT, OSHA, etc.). Familiarity with incident reporting systems or safety software. Previous administrative experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements :
Work is performed while sitting at a desk and working on a computer for prolonged periods of time. Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing. Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations. Must be able to lift fifteen pounds at a time.
Wage Range:
16.00 - 20.00 per hour
