This is a full-time position that requires travel to project sites as needed. Housing and per diem may be provided for qualifying out-of-town assignments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction safety, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to proactively identify hazards and address safety concerns. This position will work closely with project management, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure company, client, and OSHA safety requirements are consistently followed. Responsibilities Perform daily jobsite safety inspections and audits. Identify unsafe conditions and behaviors and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken. Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations, client requirements, and company safety policies. Investigate incidents, injuries, and near misses. Prepare and maintain required safety documentation, reports, and records. Work closely with project management, subcontractors, and field personnel to maintain a safe work environment. Track corrective actions and follow through to completion. Promote and support a positive safety culture across all assigned projects. Exercise stop-work authority when necessary to address immediate safety concerns. Required Qualifications Current OSHA 30-Hour Construction card. First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications preferred. Bachelor's degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Health & Safety, or a related field OR a minimum of three (3) years of full-time construction safety management experience. Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards and safety requirements. Ability to recognize jobsite hazards and implement appropriate corrective actions. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting commercial, industrial, utility, energy, or large-scale construction projects. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience working directly with customers, subcontractors, and field personnel. Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analyses. Hold at least one of the following certifications: ASP

• Associate Safety Professional CHST
• Construction Health and Safety Technician CST
• Certified Safety Professional Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
