9935 Doerr Lane, Schertz, TX 78154, United States Apply Share Job Description Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in Safety, Human Science, Logistics/Transportation, Business Management, or a related field is required. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, a high school diploma or GED plus four (4) years of relevant experience in Safety, Human Science, Logistics/Transportation, Business Management, or a related field may be accepted, in addition to the minimum experience requirements outlined below. Minimum Experience Five (5) years of experience in Industrial/Occupational Safety, Commercial Truck Fleet Vehicle Safety, Logistics/Transportation, Surface Operations Safety, Network Operations Safety, Air Operations Safety, or FedEx Operations Management is required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must maintain a valid driver's license. Strong knowledge of concepts, practices, regulations and industry trends related to industrial/occupational/on-road fleet vehicle safety. Proficiency in software applications, including Microsoft Office and web-based platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex and/or confidential information clearly. Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong investigation, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and interact professionally with all levels of management. Associate Safety Professional (ASP) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred. Job Conditions Substantial travel will be required.
