The EHS Specialist is responsible for partnering directly with manufacturing leaders, associates, and support functions to drive a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and continuously improve Environmental, Health, and Safety performance across assigned value streams. Reporting to the Site EHS Leader, this role applies Danaher Business System ( DBS ) tools and problem-solving methodologies to identify risk, eliminate hazards, and improve operational performance. This position reports to the Site EHS Leader and is part of the Environmental Health and Safety Department located in Logan, Utah and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

+ Partner with production, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to integrate EHS requirements into daily operations, continuous improvement activities, and site business objectives. + Lead risk assessments, safety observations, incident investigations, and corrective actions using DBS problem-solving tools to identify hazards, reduce risk, and strengthen a proactive safety culture. + Own assigned EHS management system elements and environmental, health, and safety programs, ensuring compliance with Cytiva policies, regulatory requirements, permits, and reporting obligations. + Facilitate EHS training, To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
