As our Fire Sprinkler Division continues to grow, we're looking for an Entry-Level to Mid-Level Fire Sprinkler Technician who has previous sprinkler experience and is ready to continue developing their career alongside experienced professionals. Experience with fire alarm systems is highly preferred, as we're looking for someone interested in expanding their technical knowledge across multiple fire protection disciplines. Whether you're already licensed or have hands-on experience and are ready to take the next step, we'd like to meet you. Position Responsibilities This position will primarily perform: Fire sprinkler inspections Service and preventative maintenance Deficiency repairs Troubleshooting and diagnosing system issues Inspection documentation and reporting Professional communication with customers on-site Technicians with fire alarm experience may also assist with: Fire alarm inspections Device testing Troubleshooting Minor service and repairs Qualifications We're looking for someone who: Has previous experience with commercial fire sprinkler systems Is dependable, self-motivated, and eager to learn Produces quality work with strong attention to detail Communicates professionally with customers and coworkers Works well independently while contributing to a team environment Maintains a valid driver's license and good driving record Preferred Qualifications Fire alarm inspection or service experience NICET certification(s) Utah Fire Sprinkler Inspector License Utah Fire Alarm License Experience with wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems The Right Fit The best technicians at Boss Fire Protection are professionals who: Take pride in doing the job right.
