Sanitation Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean work area and constantly monitor equipment and facility to cleanliness issues
• Demonstrate commitment to food safety and continuous improvement
• Follow all company guidelines, rules, safety, FDA, and GMP policies and procedures
• Perform tasks at a continual and regular speed within scheduled sanitation timeframe
• Perform various duties associated with the cleaning and sanitation of equipment, utensils, and facility, including proper use of chemicals at proper amounts, the operation and wash down of processing equipment, the use of tray washer, the use of foamer, manual cleaning of equipment and utensils, sweeping/washing floors Requirements for

Sanitation:

• Able to stand for entire shift
• Able to reach with hands and arms
• Able to occasionally walk, stoop, kneel or crouch
• Able to walk up and down stairs and stationary permanent ladder
• Able to regularly lift and/move up to 50 lbs.
