We are a growing team of 20+ cleaning professionals who take pride in providing reliable, high-quality cleaning services to our clients. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working independently and as part of a team. About the Role As a Cleaning Specialist, you will provide professional residential and commercial cleaning services at client locations. Our team members are responsible for leaving each space clean, fresh, and ready for our clients to enjoy.

Responsibilities include:

Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, and common areas Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors Sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces Cleaning appliances, countertops, sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets Following Maid Absolutely Clean's cleaning standards and checklists Safely using company-provided cleaning products and equipment Completing assigned jobs within scheduled timeframes Communicating professionally and respectfully with clients and team members Performing occasional deep-cleaning and specialty services as needed What We're Looking For Dependable and reliable attendance Strong attention to detail A positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good time-management skills Comfortable with physical work, including standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and moving cleaning equipment Reliable transportation to and from job locations Valid driver's license preferred Previous professional cleaning experience is a plus, but not required — we are willing to train the right person What We Offer Part-time employment with flexible scheduling Competitive pay Vacation benefits Training and support Company-provided cleaning products and equipment A respectful and supportive work environment Opportunities to grow with a locally owned, growing company If you're dependable, take pride in your work, and want to be part of a team that values quality and professionalism, we'd love to hear from you!
