Job Summary Simply Cleaning is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our growing team in the Onalaska, La Crosse, and surrounding areas. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is reliable, works well independently, and enjoys creating clean, comfortable spaces for our clients. Job Responsibilities As a Cleaning Specialist, you will:

• Perform residential cleaning services according to Simply Cleaning standards
• Complete routine maintenance cleans, initial/deep cleans, and occasional move-in/move-out cleans
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, and other assigned spaces
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and complete detailed cleaning tasks
• Follow client-specific instructions and cleaning checklists
• Properly use and care for cleaning products and equipment
• Communicate professionally with management and clients
• Report damages, concerns, or supply needs promptly
• Arrive to scheduled jobs on time and ready to work
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude Qualifications We are looking for someone who:
• Is dependable and punctual
• Has strong attention to detail
• Can work independently and efficiently
• Has reliable transportation
• Has a valid driver's license
• Is comfortable traveling between client homes in the La Crosse/Onalaska area
• Can perform physical cleaning tasks, including bending, reaching, lifting, and being on your feet for extended periods
• Is comfortable working in homes with pets
• Can pass applicable background screening Previous professional cleaning experience is helpful but not required.

We are willing to train the right person.

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
