Licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Occupational Health YOH Services LLC 401(k) United States, Wisconsin, Rothschild Sep 02, 2026 Licensed Physician Assistant (PA)
or Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP)
needed for a temporary contract opportunity with Yoh's medical center client located in Rothschild, Wisconsin. This position supports the onsite clinic for a well-known manufacturing facility. The assignment is anticipated to start the week of September 7
and is expected to run for approximately three months, with the potential for extension. This role will provide onsite occupational health
and preventive care services to help reduce and treat workplace injuries and illnesses. Schedule (flexible): 40 hours per week available, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (flexible - part time or full time)
Top Skills You Should Possess:
Experience as a Licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) is highly preferred.
Positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsible, friendly, and helpful with strong multitasking abilities.
Prior experience working in an occupational health or workplace clinic.
What You'll Be Doing:
Provide onsite services at a single location in Rothschild, WI.
Deliver ethical, evidence-based medical services to employees, both onsite and through virtual evaluations, while working within the recommendations of the Medical Director.
Complete timely and accurate electronic and non-electronic documentation.
Proactively engage with the workforce to support injury prevention and health promotion initiatives.
Collaborate closely with the safety and first responder teams to address workplace health needs.
Work autonomously and proactively seek opportunities to interact with employees and build strong relationships.
Perform phlebotomy and collect urine samples as needed.
Conduct spirometry, audiometry, and drug testing.
Perform and/or coordinate new-hire physical examinations.
Provide onsite first aid and wellness screenings.
Provide case management and return-to-work services.
Administer and document annual vaccinations, spirometry testing, audiograms, drug and alcohol testing, biometric screenings, and medical questionnaires.
Coordinate assessment, treatment planning, and return-to-work processes with employees, healthcare providers, and employers.
Assess and educate patients regarding medications, illnesses, medical history, injury prevention strategies, and test results.
Evaluate work environments for potential hazards.
Perform other duties as assigned. What You Need to Bring to the
Table:
Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Licensed Physician Assistant (PA).
DEA certification is not required.
Active Wisconsin license in good standing.
Current CPR/BLS certification for healthcare providers.
One or more years of experience in Occupational Health, Primary Care, Outpatient Care, or Urgent Care.
Demonstrated computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and workflow management skills.
NIOSH Spirometry Training and/or related experience.
Ability to meet the physical demands of onsite work, including lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds and performing frequent standing, walking, sitting, and squatting. What's In It For You? Unique and rewarding experience.
