What You'll Do In this role, you'll partner with our Regional EHS Manager and plant leadership to strengthen and elevate our safety culture across the organization. You'll be a trusted resource for employees and leaders, helping identify risks before they become incidents while championing programs that make our workplaces safer, healthier, and more efficient.
Your impact will include:
Driving proactive safety initiatives and employee engagement Leading facility safety inspections and identifying improvement opportunities Investigating incidents and uncovering root causes to prevent future occurrences Analyzing safety trends and helping develop continuous improvement strategies Supporting safety reviews for new equipment, processes, and facility changes Delivering training and ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company standards Influencing positive behaviors and helping build a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility What You'll Bring Associate degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health & Safety, or related field, or equivalent experience 2-4 years of Environmental Health & Safety Specialist experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and workplace safety regulations Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Experience with hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation Why Join The Gund Company?
