Job Description Continuous maintenance of cleanliness of staff facilities and production areas. Timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly Master Cleaning and Staff Facilities Lists tasks using only approved cleaners, sanitizers, and complying with Container Labeling Policy. Adherence to Utensil Color Code, Personal Hygiene, Control of Foreign Material, Chemical Control and Pest Control, Food Defense and Security Policies. Successful completion of all assigned training. Timely completion of records according to Record Completion and Maintenance Policy. Promote and support a positive food safety and quality culture. Perform the primary function of cleaning and sanitizing staff and production facilities such as dusting, washing and scrubbing non-energized equipment, walls and floors using supplied utensils, brooms, brushes and cleaners, and other tasks as assigned by supervisor. These functions are expected to occupy 50% of time, with the other 50% used where needed in operations such as toting, loading, unloading, and other duties as assigned.
