Job Description

Summary The Cluster Account Manager is responsible for the operational, administrative, and client-facing leadership of a technology client's security program across multiple San Francisco locations. This role serves as the primary liaison between the client and security services provider, ensuring consistent service delivery, staffing coverage, training compliance, and adherence to contractual, regulatory, and client-specific requirements. The ideal candidate is experienced managing enterprise security programs in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and understands the expectations of corporate stakeholders, executive partners, and complex security operations.
Core Responsibilities:
Client & Operations Management Serve as the primary point of contact for the client across assigned locations. Ensure security operations are executed consistently in alignment with client standards, post orders, and contractual expectations. Conduct regular site visits, operational reviews, and performance assessments. Identify operational risks, staffing challenges, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Build strong partnerships with client stakeholders through professionalism, responsiveness, and solution-oriented leadership. Workforce & Staffing Management Oversee staffing levels and ensure coverage across all sites and shifts. Manage scheduling, staffing adjustments, backfill plans, and workforce requirements. Partner with recruiting teams to forecast hiring needs and support onboarding efforts. Lead and develop site supervisors and security leadership teams across multiple locations. Training, Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure all security personnel meet licensing, certification, and training requirements. Oversee onboarding, orientation, and on-the-job training compliance. Maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation. Support client reviews, audits, inspections, and regulatory requirements. Systems & Technology Utilize workforce management and operational platforms such as TrackTik, Salesforce, or similar systems for scheduling, reporting, and compliance tracking. Maintain accurate operational data, documentation, and reporting. Demonstrate knowledge of physical security technologies, including access control, CCTV, alarm monitoring, and incident reporting systems. Performance Management & Reporting Monitor officer performance and provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action when needed. Review incident reports and ensure timely follow-up and escalation. Deliver operational, staffing, compliance, and performance reports to leadership and client stakeholders. Support implementation of process improvements, policy updates, and client-specific initiatives. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Success in this role is measured by: Employee retention Overtime management Training completion rates Client issue resolution Contract profitability Site inspection performance Qualifications 5-7+ years of experience in private security operations, account management, or site management, preferably supporting multi-site, enterprise, or global environments. Experience managing security operations supporting 100+ employees across 24/7 operations. Proficiency with workforce management and operational platforms (TrackTik, Salesforce, or similar). Experience leading process improvements, system implementations, and organizational change initiatives. Strong background in employee performance management, conflict resolution, and KPI achievement. Working knowledge of security systems, including access control, CCTV, alarm monitoring, and reporting platforms. Experience supporting technology companies, corporate campuses, or enterprise clients preferred. Strong understanding of compliance requirements, staffing models, and training programs. Excellent communication, organization, and client relationship management skills. Skills & Competencies Executive-level client relationship management. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong judgment, professionalism, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead change initiatives and support organizational growth. Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of an organization and diverse teams. Working Conditions Primarily field-based with regular site visits throughout San Francisco. Must be available to support operational needs outside standard business hours, including occasional evenings and weekends. Frequent interaction with clients, executives, operations teams, recruiting teams, and external partners. Requires regular travel to customer sites, offices, and operational locations. May require visits to commercial facilities, construction sites, warehouses, or other operational environments while following applicable safety requirements. Ability to conduct presentations, walk sites, and remain active for extended periods. Represents the organization professionally and serves as a key ambassador for client relationships and business growth initiatives.
Pay:
$150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
