Account Manager

Eagles Point Security, one of California's fastest-growing security companies, is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to oversee operations, lead teams, and ensure client satisfaction across a dedicated portfolio in Los Angeles and Riverside counties. Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM

•6:00 PM (flexibility required; occasional evenings and weekends based on client needs)

Pay:

$60,000

•$70,000 annually, based on experience and availability | Bonus & Incentive Programs discussed during interview

Interviews:

Held virtually by video Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned accounts in Los Angeles and Riverside counties and ensure service standards are met Hire, train, coach, and manage security staff; take corrective action when necessary Act as primary liaison between clients and the company, building trust and strong partnerships Coordinate schedules, approve payroll/time-off requests, and verify invoicing accuracy Monitor and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed Conduct periodic post checks and provide in-field coverage during staff shortages or urgent gaps Contribute to service delivery improvements and staff development efforts Establish post orders and site-specific protocols for each property in your portfolio Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience as a Manager in contract security (Required) Prior supervisory experience in a security or field operations setting Knowledge of the Los Angeles and Inland Empire areas preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Solid understanding of team scheduling, coverage, and labor management Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel between client sites Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends Compensation & Benefits $60,000
