Job Skills / Requirements Branch Manager Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and support operations in the Denver, CO area. This position is responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, supporting security personnel, maintaining client relationships, ensuring compliance, and driving branch performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can effectively balance field operations, employee management, and administrative responsibilities. As a leader within IPSC, you will help foster a culture built on our core values of Excellence, Integrity, Commitment, Responsiveness, and Service while supporting a 24/7 security operations.
