This position is responsible for maintaining high-quality security services, supporting security personnel, building strong client relationships, and ensuring contracts are properly staffed and serviced. The ideal candidate is an organized, dependable leader with strong communication and customer service skills who can balance employee support, client needs, and day-to-day operational responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Oversee security operations and service quality across assigned client sites. Maintain strong relationships with clients and regularly conduct client and site visits. Address operational issues, staffing concerns, and client requests in a timely manner. Supervise, support, and communicate regularly with security officers and supervisors. Recruit, interview, hire, and train security personnel as needed. Ensure employee training is completed, documented, and kept up to date. Monitor employee performance and provide coaching, feedback, and recognition. Assist with employee disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with company policies. Ensure adequate staffing and cross-trained personnel are available to respond to staffing emergencies. Review timekeeping, scheduling, vacation requests, and overtime. Ensure new employees are properly trained and prepared for their assignments. Maintain accurate and current site instructions/orders for assigned locations. Conduct periodic security assessments and identify opportunities to improve service. Track operational performance metrics and communicate results to leadership and clients. Coordinate employee transfers and site assignments with operations and scheduling teams. Work with recruiting and HR teams to address staffing needs. Monitor company vehicles, including maintenance, repairs, and fuel expenses. Review client billing and invoices for accuracy and timeliness. Assist with outstanding account collection when necessary. Provide regular operational updates to company leadership, including staffing, overtime, client service, and operational concerns. Assist with developing and presenting security service solutions to prospective clients. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least 3 years of related experience, preferably in security, operations, customer service, or a supervisory role. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Strong attention to detail. Ability to communicate professionally with clients, employees, and leadership. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to work independently, prioritize competing responsibilities, and respond effectively to operational issues. What We're Looking For The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader who is comfortable working with both clients and frontline employees. This position requires someone who can build relationships, solve problems, maintain accountability, and keep multiple sites operating smoothly.
Pay:
$100,000.00 per year
