Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, managing urgent incidents, and leading investigations into workplace violence, fraud, and losses. Acts as liaison with law enforcement and regulatory agencies, and oversees on-site security technologies. Tracks key metrics, mitigates risks, and assists in training business partners on security best practices. Essential Functions Leads district level security program efforts, ensuring the safety and security of our People, Assets, and Brand within the assigned location. Encompasses strategic security planning at specific assigned location(s). Key responsibilities include security risk assessments, response to urgent security matters, lead investigations into incidents involving potential workplace violence, security breaches, losses, fraud, or integrity concerns through interviews and evidence reviews. Serves as liaison with law enforcement and governmental regulatory agencies, to support investigations and compliance efforts. Monitors security plans and technologies, including surveillance cameras and access control systems. Tracks and reports on established key security program goals and metrics, and addresses gaps or physical security concerns. Assists department's efforts in training business partners on security best practices. Initiates in-person/on-site visits with customers as needed to review and formulate action plans related to various security shipping concerns, including but not limited to lost, pilfered and/or damaged shipments. Maintains a broad and thorough knowledge base across all regulatory areas, to include TSA and FAA, company policies, and IC/ISP agreements. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Education Bachelor's degree/Equivalent in directly related field. Related fields may include corporate security, audit, military, law enforcement, transportation or supply chain loss prevention, loss analytics. Minimum Experience Three (3) years related experience required in corporate security, audit, military, law enforcement, transportation or supply chain loss prevention, and/or loss analytics. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong interpersonal communication, writing skills, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of Microsoft based computer programs and the ability to prepare detailed reports. Ability to complete required training programs. Must maintain a valid driver's license to operate company vehicle. Job Conditions Non-covered safety sensitive position; ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. If required to carry a firearm as part of job duties, subject to random drug testing. Works in an industrial environment and must adhere to all safety considerations. Travel may be necessary.
