Security Program Manager Washington, DC Pay From:
$60.00 per hour
MUST:
Experienced Security Program Manager Must have active Top Secret clearance or active Q clearance 3+ years of experience in security operations (private sector, military, or civil service). 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience. Knowledge of access control design, implementation, and operations. Experience with SCIF security procedures and escorting protocols. Familiarity with badging systems, closed-circuit TV systems, and security hardware. Strong program management, problem-solving, and vendor management skills. Certifications such as Locksmith Certification, Lock Program Security Training, or ICD 705 training (preferred) Bachelor's degree in Business, Security, or a related field
DUTIES:
Supervise Security Engineers and Access Control Attendants to ensure contract compliance. Manage and maintain access control systems, ensuring continuous functionality. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for system support and upgrades. Ensure compliance with ICD 705 security standards and GSA policies for security equipment. Oversee SCIF access protocols, badging systems, and physical security controls. Conduct equipment and system inspections, troubleshooting issues as needed. Provide on-call support and manage emergency security procedures. Ensure all personnel security clearance documents are properly completed and submitted Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
