Job Description
The Manager of Retail Security Solutions participates in the leadership of the Retail Security Solutions department. This primarily involves making recommendations and overseeing the selection, coordination, and deployment of physical, electronic, and human security countermeasures for all retail locations. This position also has leadership responsibilities, as they relate to Organized Retail Crime (ORC). The purpose of this position is to participate in the management of the retail security solutions program. This primarily involves making recommendations and overseeing the selection, coordination, and deployment of physical, electronic, and human security countermeasures for all retail locations. This position is also responsible for the co-management of Organized Retail Crime (ORC) Specialists that respond to ORC threats and protect the profitability of the brand. The incumbent oversees investigations of ORC activities with the intent of eliminating illegal ORC fence operations.
