Job Description
JOB TITLE
General Affairs Security Technical SpecialistWHAT YOU WILL DO
What You Will Do- Developing the security devices installation plan, defining the safety level of each area, and following up on all security-related installations
- Developing and implementing security policies, protocols, and procedures
- Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular security checks to ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Controlling budgets for security operations
- Recruiting, training, and supervising security staff and vendors, ensuring all personnel adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and devise measures to mitigate identified risks.
- Investigate security incidents and promptly report findings to management.
- Maintain a secure environment for plant assets and minimize potential security breaches.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to enhance plant security.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to security management.
- Conduct security awareness training for all employees and contractors.
- Develop emergency response plans and ensure all staff are trained in emergency procedures.

Required:
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in security management, preferably in a plant or industrial setting, or a bachelor's degree in security management or a related field
- Experience establishing plant security protocols and plans and Strong knowledge of security best practices and risk management.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and supervising experience for security officers and guards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
Preferred:
- More than one year of law enforcement experience
- Good understanding of the Security and Access H/W
- Good understanding of the Security Camera and Access system
- IT & network knowledge
- Essential Computer skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies.
- Familiarity with surveillance and alarm systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

This position is primarily sedentary and requires working at a desk and computer for extended periods.Responsibilities may include:

- Standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended durations

- Ability to climb ladders or stairs and operate equipment safely and effectively
- Capability to learn and work on multiple production processes, as required
- Adequate visual and auditory abilities to identify safety hazards and communicate clearly
