Utilities Infrastructure Due Diligence Analyst at CBRE in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. Utility Infrastructure Analyst About the Role Aspart of CBRE's Global Workplace Solutions team, the Utility InfrastructureAnalyst will play a critical role in the initial mobilization and startup oflarge-scale infrastructure deployment across North America for a majore-commerce client. This position is integral to establishing the primaryengagement workflows for utility coordination and data-driven poweravailability assessments. Reporting directly to the Utility InfrastructureManager, the Analyst provides the essential technical and administrativesupport required to unburden regional operations and ensure the consistentexecution of program tracking systems. What You'll Do +
Managerial Support:
Provide comprehensive technical and administrative support to the Utility Infrastructure Manager to facilitate high-level reporting and strategic decision-making for client regional leads. +
Due Diligence & Power Availability:
Support the initial power availability assessments for prospective sites by gathering utility data and requesting load letters. +
Infrastructure Research:
Research substation locations, service territory boundaries, and utility infrastructure using publicly available tools to build the program's foundational data. +
Reporting & Documentation:
Compile and organize utility responses and preliminary engineering feedback into standardized due diligence packages for Manager review. +
Project Management:
Track utility inquiry status across multiple active sites and flag delays or missing information to the Utility Infrastructure Manager. +
Database Optimization:
Maintain and update portfolio-level trackers and contact databases to ensure the Manager has real-time visibility into regional progress. +
Operational Coordination:
Schedule and support pre-application meetings, site visits, and utility coordination calls. +
Process Standardization:
Assist the Manager in developing and maintaining standardized templates and checklists for newly established due diligence processes. What You'll Need +

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical status updates clearly to the Utility Infrastructure Manager. + •
