Job SummaryWe are seeking a Manager, Physical Security Enablement to lead the successful delivery and integration of physical security programs across new data centre developments, expansions and major customer initiatives throughout Asia-Pacific.

Reporting into the regional leadership team, this role combines program leadership, physical security expertise and stakeholder management to ensure security systems, processes and vendors are aligned throughout the design, construction, installation, commissioning and handover phases of our projects.

This is a highly visible regional role supporting construction and expansion projects across Asia, requiring regular travel sites. Candidates who enjoy working in dynamic environments, influencing cross-functional teams and seeing projects come to life from concept through to operational handover will thrive in this position.

Regular travel throughout Asia should be expected, including visits during design validation, installation, commissioning, operational readiness and handover phases. The successful candidate should enjoy being on-site and working directly with project teams, stakeholders and vendors to drive successful outcomes. ResponsibilitiesPhysical Security Program EnablementLead the deployment and integration of physical security programs across new data centre builds and expansion projects throughout Asia-PacificPartner closely with Global Design & Construction (GDC), Data Centre Operations and Security Program teams to ensure security requirements are successfully incorporated into project deliverySupport security readiness activities during design, construction, installation, commissioning and operational handoverIdentify and mitigate physical security risks throughout the project lifecycleDrive consistency and standardisation of physical security practices across the regionProject & Stakeholder LeadershipLead multiple concurrent security enablement initiatives across geographically dispersed locationsPartner with internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants and vendors to ensure successful project outcomesProvide guidance and leadership to regional security teams supporting active project sitesInfluence cross-functional teams to deliver security solutions that support both operational excellence and customer requirementsAct as a key escalation point for security-related incidents, project risks and vendor performance issuesSecurity Systems & Technical OversightProvide leadership and oversight across physical security technologies including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection and associated infrastructureSupport installation, commissioning, testing and operational acceptance of security systemsManage security vendor relationships responsible for hardware installation, upgrades, maintenance and supportLead SPOF (Single Point of Failure) and End-of-Life (EOL) assessments and remediation initiativesSupport issue resolution, root cause analysis and vendor escalation for complex technical security challengesPeople LeadershipLead and develop a small regional team, and own performance management with direct reports currently based in SingaporeFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvementProvide coaching, mentoring and guidance to security professionals supporting regional programs and projectsQualificationsDemonstrated experience leading physical security programs, projects or operations within a data centre, mission-critical, hyperscale, telecommunications, infrastructure or high-security environmentExperience supporting large-scale construction, commissioning, fit-out or infrastructure projectsStrong stakeholder management capabilities across engineering, construction, operations and vendor organisationsExperience leading geographically dispersed teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholdersStrong understanding of physical security systems and their deployment within operational environmentsExperience supporting new builds, expansions and commissioning activitiesExperience working with security systems integrators, consultants and technology vendorsUnderstanding of project lifecycle delivery from design through operational handoverExperience working within highly regulated, operationally critical or customer-facing environmentsKnowledge of business continuity, security governance and risk management practicesBenefits of the role:
