We are currently seeking a Corporate Security Manager
  • Manufacturing to join our Corporate Security organization in Hopkinsville, Kentucky.
You will lead security programs supporting manufacturing and warehouse operations while advising site leadership on risk management, product integrity, investigations, emergency preparedness, and physical security.
What You Will Be Doing:
Leading physical security and risk management programs supporting manufacturing operations. Partnering with site leadership to identify and mitigate security risks. Managing contract security providers and drive operational excellence. Leading investigations involving theft, policy violations, and security incidents. Strengthening product integrity and supply chain security initiatives. Overseeing access control, video surveillance, and related security technologies. Coordinating emergency preparedness, crisis response, and business continuity activities. Building partnerships with law enforcement and key business stakeholders.
We Want You To Have:
Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field. Five or more years of corporate security, manufacturing security, military leadership, or law enforcement experience. Experience managing contract security operations. Experience conducting investigations and security risk assessments. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to travel up to 35%.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environments. CPP, PSP, or similar industry certification. Experience supporting product integrity or supply chain security initiatives. Experience with access control, video surveillance, and security technologies. Join a team where security is more than protecting facilities. The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $119,600.00
