Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic security protocols and procedures to enhance the safety and security of all operations. Lead and manage the security team, supervising staff training and development to ensure high standards of discipline and efficiency. Coordinate with other department heads to integrate security practices with existing protocols to minimize risks. Manage relationships with external security partners and law enforcement agencies. Review and continuously improve the incident response plans and preventive measures. Ensure compliance with local, federal, and international security laws and regulations. Conduct regular security audits and prepare detailed reports on security status and suggestions for improvements. Manage budgets and forecasts pertaining to security operations and equipment.
