Field Sergeants (Night Shift) First Protection Services Mobile Patrol is currently seeking qualified candidates for Field Sergeant (Supervisor) positions on the night shift. This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing operations, supporting staff, and ensuring high standards of performance across assigned sites. This position requires an important level of responsibility, accountability, and the ability to respond to operational needs, including on-call situations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Prior supervisory experience (required)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to train, mentor, and lead personnel
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Availability for on-call and flexible scheduling

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting salary of $67,080.00 to $75,400.00 annually
