The Account Manager functions as the business leader of the account.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and develop security personnel Own client relationships and service delivery Manage staffing strategy and retention Oversee incident management Drive KPI performance Control overtime and staffing efficiency Develop future supervisors
QUALIFICATIONS
(MUST HAVE): High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years leadership experience Experience managing personnel Strong communication skills GSOC experience - GSOC Management preferred Executive Protection Experience Experience in writing and implementing SOPs Ability to pass background screening
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
(NICE TO HAVE): Corporate security leadership Military leadership Law enforcement supervision Operations management Bachelor's degree preferred Leadership focused not task focused Strong communicator Professional presence Organized and accountable Calm under pressure Team builder
