In Person About the Role We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee daily security operations at client sites throughout the Kansas City area. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, manage security staff scheduling, ensure service quality, and lead a professional, motivated team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing personnel, and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships while ensuring all operational requirements are met. Responsibilities Independently manage assigned client accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and address service-related concerns. Recruit, hire, and train security officers. Create and manage schedules to ensure all posts are covered. Monitor performance and provide coaching or corrective action. Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with post orders. Counsel, motivate, and provide positive reinforcement or discipline when necessary. Track and control overtime costs. Maintain accurate records for payroll and incident reports. Ensure client satisfaction through consistent communication and service delivery. Work closely with operations leadership to maintain staffing levels and operational efficiency. Resolve employee and client concerns in a professional and timely manner. Requirements Must have a valid driver's license. Must pass a background check. Ability to work flexible hours as needed. Reliable transportation. Qualifications Professional appearance and demeanor. 3 to 5 years of operations management experience, preferably in security. Strong leadership skills with experience managing a large team of security officers. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling/payroll systems. Security industry experience preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
