- $65,000 annually Position Summary The Account Manager provides operational leadership for assigned contracts and serves as the primary liaison between DPC and its clients.
- Manage multiple security contracts and operating locations.
- Supervise Site Supervisors and security personnel.
- Serve as the primary client contact.
- Ensure contract compliance and quality assurance.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, recruiting support, and retention.
- Review incidents and direct corrective actions.
- Manage labor utilization, payroll verification, and operational metrics.
- Coordinate emergency response and contract transitions.
- Maintain accountability for company equipment and assets.

- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Three years of progressive leadership in security, military, law enforcement, or related field.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
