Job Requirements Binghamton, NY Top Secret/SCI Polygraph not specified Senior Level Career (10+ yrs experience) $120,000 - $130,000 Job Description Be responsible for site security and only cleared U.S. Citizens or US persons/construction workers associated with construction of facility. Conduct material inspections will be accomplished and SSM will maintain a roster of all authorized personnel access to site. A list of authorized workers shall be provided to and maintained by the SSM. Establish a control plan for all as-built drawings. Construction plans and all project related documents shall be handled and protected in accordance with the CSP. All drawings and working documents shall be considered 'Controlled Unclassified Information' and are property of the US government. The drawings will be handled only within assigned contractor channels. Ensure the security integrity of the construction site and collaborates with the construction firm(s) to implement procedures and practices to maintain security. Implement procedures to control site access to include measures to deny unauthorized site access. Be responsible for safeguarding all security related equipment, information and property provided for contractor use. At the close of each work period, Government facilities, equipment, and materials shall be secured. Establish and implement methods of making sure all keys/key cards issued by the Government are not lost, misplaced and are not used by unauthorized persons. Documents security violations or deviations from the CSP and notify the SO within 3 business days. Obtain 24-hour unrestricted access to the site (or alternatives shall be stated in CSP).

Government Occupied Hours:

Government personnel are scheduled to occupy the building during the following hours on weekdays, Monday through Friday, except for established Government Holidays 8-AM to 6-PM.

Government Unoccupied Hours:

Government personnel are not scheduled to occupy the building during times not indicated as Government Occupied Hours.

Contractor's General Working Hours:

The Contractor working hours shall be 8:00am to 6:00pm. Workers are to enter the main entrance at 8:00am and be escorted back to the work area by the Site Security Manager (SSM), to be signed in, searched and receive building badges. Workers will sign out and turn in building badges before leaving for the day.

Government Unoccupied Hours:

• 1. Noisy and/or odor-producing work that may disrupt tenant operations in adjacent spaces.

• 2. Any work that disrupts the mission of the U.S. Courts or any other building tenant.
