Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Security, you drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences in the enterprise software space. You serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and security stakeholders, combining strategic sales leadership with authoritative, hands-on knowledge of S/4HANA access control, risk management, and security architecture. You work closely with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions using SAP's suite of products—with a particular emphasis on designing and delivering enterprise-grade GRC security frameworks. Your primary responsibilities will include- Drive New Business GrowthIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders—including CISOs, CIOs, Chief Risk Officers, and Heads of Internal Audit.

security to position solutions that address evolving compliance, risk, and cybersecurity demands- Deliver Expert-Led, Solution-Based SellingConduct in-depth needs assessments and provide solutions-based selling to customers, collaborating with internal teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.

- Guiding customers on the deployment and optimization of SAP Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management within S/4HANA environments.
- Regulatory & Compliance Alignment
- Ensuring solutions address SOX, GDPR, FDA, and industry-specific compliance mandates through embedded security and continuous control monitoring.
- Privileged Access Management & Emergency Access
- Designing firefighter frameworks, access request workflows, and audit-ready governance processes.
- Cloud & Hybrid GRC Security
- Advising on BTP (Business Technology Platform) security integration, Identity Authentication Services (IAS), and cross-system risk governance in hybrid S/4HANA landscapes
- Ensure Seamless Implementation with Security-First DeliveryDeliver high-quality project implementations, ensuring customer satisfaction and adoption of SAP solutions.
- Foster Customer Relationships & Serve as a Trusted GRC Security AdvisorManage and grow existing customer relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Stay Industry-Informed & Shape Thought LeadershipStay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and SAP's product roadmap to maintain a competitive edge.

- 10+ years of combined experience in SAP GRC, security, and enterprise sales/delivery leadership
- Proven advisory-level proficiency in
SAP S/4HANA
security concepts, authorization architecture, and GRC platform configuration- Demonstrated ability to translate complex GRC security challenges into compelling business cases and revenue-generating solutions
- Experience leading large-scale S/4HANA transformation programs with integrated GRC security workstreams
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence boardroom-level security and compliance decisions
- SAP certifications in
GRC, S/4HANA
Security, or related domains (preferred)- Preferred technical and professional experience
SAP Ecosystem Knowledge:
Familiarity with the broader SAP ecosystem, including adjacent technologies and innovations, to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Enterprise Software Landscape:
Understanding of the enterprise software landscape, including emerging trends and competitor activity, to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.Cloud Computing Expertise:
