The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a background in security, military, or law enforcement and proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage long-term scheduling and staffing for assigned client locations Serve as the primary liaison between clients, security personnel, and leadership Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with company policies and post orders Supervise Security Officers, Site Supervisors, and Field Supervisors Monitor staffing levels, overtime, attendance, and employee performance Coordinate onboarding, training, and orientation of new hires Ensure timely response to client concerns and operational issues Implement corrective action plans and assist with investigations when needed Maintain accurate operational reports, payroll adjustments, and scheduling records Ensure all assigned personnel maintain required licenses and certifications Support emergency response operations and serve as Manager on Duty when assigned Utilize operational platforms such as WinTeam, Lighthouse, EHub, Microsoft Office, and Outlook

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred Prior security industry, military, or law enforcement experience is

years of management experience in a fast-paced service environment

REQUIRED

Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

REQUIRED

Experience with scheduling, employee supervision, and operational management

REQUIRED

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and computer-based scheduling/payroll systems

REQUIRED

Must have valid Driver's License

REQUIRED

Valid Security Guard License required where applicable
