Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our team and oversee operations for our Pennsylvania and Maryland markets. Based in our King of Prussia, PA branch, the ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and management skills, along with a proven track record in strategic planning, business development, and process improvement. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing profit and loss, and ensuring exceptional customer service while fostering a positive work environment. This role is well-suited for leaders with backgrounds in structured, mission-driven environments who excel at motivating teams, enforcing accountability, and maintaining operational readiness. Duties Lead and manage daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth. Oversee profit and loss management, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded. Supervise staff, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to enhance team productivity. Identify opportunities for business development and implement initiatives to expand the customer base. Manage projects related to branch operations, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Continuously assess processes for improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and high performance among staff members. Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while promoting a safe work environment. Qualifications Proven experience in management with a strong focus on leadership and team development. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and execution within a branch or similar environment. Strong understanding of profit & loss management principles and financial reporting. Experience in supervising staff with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving goals. Background in business development with a track record of increasing sales revenue. Proficient in project management methodologies with an emphasis on process improvement initiatives. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. A results-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills for problem-solving.
